Education on human rights

Suffering from religious persecutions, accused of blasphemy by Islamist groups or sometimes being killed, entire Pakistani families flee their country to find shelter in Thailand as the neighboring countries - Afghanistan, China, India, Iran – are not considered safe havens for Christian minorities. According to UNHCR estimates, as of December 2015, there were 11,500 Pakistanis seeking asylum in Thailand, a figure that increased from 51 percent compared to the previous year.
